Helen Flanagan has opened up about being clouded by 'mum guilt' with her three little ones, whom she shares with ex-partner Scott Sinclair. The 32-year-old actor has not been shy in speaking about parenting, often giving candid accounts of her life as a single mum.
Taking to social media, she opened up on her youngest child Charlie's bedtime routine admitting that she has help from a childminder who has "become her friend." Meanwhile, the actress was also pressed for tips on potty training and quizzed on whether she misses breastfeeding. "Yes and no, I loved the bonding but I really struggled to get Charlie to stop feeding which was really tough," she admitted.
