Coronation Street icon Helen Flanagan was not going to take insults lying down - so hit back when a number of trolls bombarded the comments section of an Instagram post with insults
The 34-year-old former Coronation Street star was feeling herself when she took to social media over the weekend as she prepared for a night out across the river from Manchester. But as she uploaded a video of herself getting ready for her night out on Instagram, cruel trolls took aim at her puffy lips accusing her of injecting too much filler into her pout.
But another concerned fan slammed her for taking her cosmetic procedures too far, writing: “You’re a beautiful looking woman but your lips look too big & your top a size too small!,you’re literally busting out of it & not in a good way!” Not taking the comments, Helen bit back to slam those questioning her appearance.
Helen has been a reasonably open book about her love for cosmetic surgery - defending her choice to go under the knife to improve her confidence. In early 2022, she discussed having a boob job, revealing in a candid online post: "I was quite open here on Instagram in January about my recent boob job.
And plugging her surgeon, she added: "I went with @pallmallcosmetics and couldn’t be happier with my results I love them I keep showing all my girlfriends. I am all for body confidence and I am all for empowering other women and supporting other women in their decisions that they decide to make."
