In responding to queries from fans, the Helldivers 2 CEO has shared when the game's roadmap may finally arrive.
Helldivers 2 fans have a lot to enjoy this month. Not only is there a new Premium Warbond, but there is also the release of a new patch update. Both of these arrive today and could be the last for a while. There is stuff to anticipate for the rest of the year such as the eventual arrival of the Illuminate, and the Helldivers 2 CEO has shared when Arrowhead may release a roadmap outlining future content. In February, former CEO, Pilestedt, said that the internal roadmap is “very out of date in comparison to what we now want to do“. Since the game’s launch, there hasn’t been any mention of a roadmap until recently. On the game’s official Discord, new CEO, Shams Jorjani, was asked if a roadmap will be released outlining future developments and upcoming updates. In response, Shams Jorjani said, “We should at some point. After the summer maybe?”.
