Robbie Henshaw has been ruled out of Ireland's World Cup clash with Scotland through injury, while Dan Sheehan and Iain Henderson start for Andy Farrell's side.
Jack Conan is in line for his first taste of tournament action after being named on the bench the Pool B match in Paris on Saturday .
"He's fit and he had a bit of a niggle on a wrist but that’s fine," said head coach Andy Farrell about Ryan .Elsewhere, hooker Sheehan starts with Rónan Kelleher named among the replacements. "He pulled up with a hamstring at the end of the session on Tuesday, unfortunate for him," said Farrell. The back row also remains unchanged with Peter O’Mahony set to win his 100th Ireland cap on the flank. The Munster skipper will be alongside Josh van der Flier and number 8 Caelan Doris.
