More details have emerged about the lake tragedy that claimed the lives of three children
One of the boys who died in the tragic incident at Babbs Mill lake in Birmingham, England, has been hailed as a “hero” after he entered the icy lake to save his friend.One of the deceased boys has been named locally as Jack Johnson, 10, who is being hailed as a “hero” because he went in to save his friend.Witnesses told Sky News that one of the boys got his leg stuck in the ice before his friends rushed over to help and they all fell through the ice.
All four children were in cardiac arrest when rescue teams pulled them from the water. They were taken to hospital but three of them could not be revived.
