Megan Moore from North Lanarkshire was working on night when she recieved a Whatsapp message from a member of the public.
A hero ScotRail worker saved a man's life after a suicidal message was sent to the rail operator's social media.
Megan, from North Lanarkshire, alerted the main control centre and then spoke to her colleagues at the station. Staff managed to locate the man and he was taken to safety.Megan told the Record: "It truly was a team effort with the station staff, CCTV, and control team. A positive outcome couldn’t have been achieved without the help of my colleagues.
