Less than 10 customers use the branch regularly
Another bank branch will soon close due to a lack of 'regular' customers in a Nottingham suburb. The multinational bank has decided to close its West Bridgford branch in Tudor Square on Thursday, June 15.
Barclays further justified the closure by stating 92 percent of the branch's customers have also banked using its app, online and by phone in 2021 and that a third of the branch’s customers had used nearby branches in the last year. In a document informing Barclays customers of the closure, a spokesperson said: "Back when we opened this branch, visiting us in person was one of the only ways to do your banking.
