Andrew Hayward, in his 40s and from Guildford in Surrey, is among the holidaymakers who have recently used a travel agent.“We felt reassured by the fact that all the people on the ship had to be vaccinated and were tested before boarding,” he said.“We are usually independent travellers, and have been for many years, so this was quite a change for us,” he added.
