Anyone heading to Spain anytime soon is being urged to be careful when it comes to getting a taxi as using an unlicensed one can lead to a fine of hundreds of euro
However, it's important to research the country you're heading too, as there can be some laws you may not be aware of that can catch you out during your trip.
The UK Foreign Office has issued a warning to tourists heading to Spain, writing: "Only use official registered or licensed taxis, or reputable transport companies you recognise. Licensing regulations differ across Spain and in certain cities pre-booking is required. The warning comes as as a Spanish hotspot has introduced a rule that could lead to a fine of up to €10,000.
