Former This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby has opened up in an interview for the first time since she was at the centre of a terrifying kidnap plot in 2023.She admitted it has been a "tough year" but she is "healthy and happy".
"It's been a tough one. There's no way of sugar-coating it," Holly told the Sunday Times Style Magazine. "When something like that happens, you have a decision to make. "Although I wouldn't wish what happened on me on anybody at all - sometimes things go wrong, but you have to keep going for it because that's all you can do.In October 2023, Holly left This Morning - but she said the move has allowed her to spend more time with TV producer husband Dan Baldwin and their children Harry, 15, Belle, 13, and Chester, ten.
