Spending the last few years studying the complexity of the human condition has opened my eyes and mind to an area I have not just a personal passion for but a societal one.“Hopefully can use my studies and qualifications to help others recognise how to navigate the mind in the midst of the chaos of the modern world. Bringing it to the podcast #whereismymind and @a_lust_for_life.
