A career coach and author quit her nursing job and started a business that generated $11 million in revenue last year. Here's how she spends her day.

As soon as that sun is out, I'm up. Right now, I'm getting up about 6:30 a.m.

I also do a little bit of focused journaling about whatever top-of-mind goal that I've set for myself. I write it out on a piece of paper every morning, just so I know that's what I'm going to be doing.I get the girls up and ready for school, do lunches and that whole thing.
