Pancake cereal appeared to be the most popular way of using up leftovers. To create this tasty treat, squeeze little drops of batter onto a hot, buttered frying pan from an empty sauce bottle. When cooked, flip the pancakes, and each segment should rise and transform into tiny cereal pieces.Next up is the Mexican favourite quesadillas. To make this semi-healthy snack place four of the cooled pancakes in a greased baking dish, and top with shredded cheese or any other favourite ingredient.
Last but not least is pancake spaghetti. Using a piping bag, squeeze out some spaghetti-like batter strips by poking a small hole in the top of the bag, dropping this in a zig-zag pattern onto a heated pan. Serve after cooking for 20 to 30 seconds on each side with some toppings of your choice.
