Email can pile up in Gmail and clog up the inbox, but the good news is you can delete or archive thousands of unread emails at a time.
You’ll need a computer to open Gmail in a browser to start the process. Once you sign in, type the following search in the search bar:. This will bring up every single unread email in your inbox, no matter how many there are.from the list. If you want to archive the unread emails instead, you can do that in Gmail and the process is similar. The downside is that you’ll keep using storage for archived emails.in the search bar. The Archive option is better only if you think there’s stuff in those emails that you might need at some point in the future. Otherwise, you’ll be better off deleting your unread emails in Gmail rather than saving them. If your inbox gets cluttered up again in the future, repeat the process above to get rid of everything.
