HPD hunting for suspect who opened fire on officer during an attempted traffic stop
Police are searching for a man who fired at a Houston Police officer around 7.30 p.m. Saturday near the 13000 block of Ella Boulevard, the HPD said on social media.
The officer was not struck when the suspect he was trying to make a traffic stop on opened fire. The suspect fled on foot.The public is being asked to avoid the area as the search for the suspect continues.
