There are three specific categories of individual in particular which the HSE is urging to take up the booster before it is ceased for the summer months
The HSE is calling on all eligible people to avail of the Covid booster before administration of the vaccine pauses for the summer on Friday, 14 June.
. "We aim to complete this Covid-19 Spring booster programme by 14 June. So we are urging everyone eligible to take up this opportunity to protect themselves by getting vaccinated at this time. It is vital that all those who are eligible, get their free Covid-19 booster vaccines from participating pharmacies or GPs.
