Firefighters are currently tackling the blaze at Westfield Industrial Estate.
Fire crews were called to Westfield Industrial Estate at Deerdykes Road in Cumbernauld at around 6:15pm this evening, Sunday, April 21. It is understood the alarm was raised after thick black plumes of smoke billowed into the sky.There were no casualties but the Scottish Fire and Rescue remain at the scene and are working to 'ensure the area is safe.'A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 6.
