Many of the slabs were strewn across the pavement, completely obstructing the way for passers by, with some also spilling out onto the road.Ross Clark, who lives in the town and was left appalled by what he saw, shared an image of the scene on social media, prompting a flood of concern from other angry residents.

“I used to work in the civil engineering industry and we had to pay a lot for disposal of commercial waste like this.As we reported last week, fly tipping has been plaguing several streets of town – with culprits even dumping items in the middle of the road.
