A humble Hugh Jackman looks grateful to be greeted by fans after performing in his new Broadway show The Music Man
This comes after Hugh made a moving tribute to the understudies and swings at a preview showing of The Music Man.
Grateful: The Wolverine star placed his hand on his heart as he took in the spectacle and was visibly humbled to see the happy and excited crowd after the show He began: '[A swing] covers up to 10 roles. Kathy, when she turned up for work at 12 o'clock, could've played any of eight roles. It happened to be the leading lady.
'This is what's unprecedented, not only happening here at the Winter Garden, but all over Broadway. This is a time we've never known,' he said of the pandemic. 'They just get to watch and write notes, and then, five hours before the performance, they're told,"You're on! By the way, you've got a wig fitting, go!"
