Hundreds mourn as tragic crash victim Eamon Kavanagh laid to rest
The 16-year-old died in a horror crash after the car he was driving hit a wall The Nine Stones at Mount Leinster in Co Carlow at around 5.30am on Sunday.
Hundreds showed up at the funeral mass to support the tragic teen's family, the Irish Times reports. He added: “Grief is the price we all pay for love and while we are a people of faith, we are still devastated at the loss of Eamon. The popular third-year student of Borris Community College was loved the outdoors and was the captain of the Naomh Eoin team.
