Our technology team is working to restore full service as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience."

In response to a customer, they wrote: "Currently there is no timeframe for completion as our Network Crew is still assessing the error. Rest assured that our Network Crew is working to restore service to the impacted mast as quickly as possible.

"Is there a network problem? I cannot make or receive calls and neither can my partner. Also 3," wrote one customer.Down Detector shows that many people are having trouble across the board with Three, with 53% of users experiencing problems with their mobile phones while 26% are experiencing problems with their mobile internet.
