Mohamed was overjoyed after the birth of his son. But there was one photo that would soon bring him crashing back down to Earth – causing him to make huge changes to his life.
Mohamed sought the help of a professional trainer and began his weight loss journey in February this year. He’s set himself a mission of losing 100lbs – or seven stone – and is so far five stone down. “We set a goal to drop over 100lbs in total over our time together, but by the end of 2022 we wanted Mohamed to have lost over 80lbs. As of writing this he has achieved an incredible drop of 70lbs and is well on track to hit his 80lbs goal by December. Next year I have no doubt we will cross the 100lbs mark, which will be such a moment for Mohamed.
