A heating expert has shared some top tips and hacks to slash your heating bill while still keeping your house nice and toasty.
Radiator foil, which can be bought for around €7, is another easy way to make sure heat stays in a room, with Peter claiming that dropping your thermostat by just one degree "correlates to a 10 per cent saving on your bill”. “Underfloor insulation can be costly but cans of spray foam can be bought for a fiver and work successfully to fill the gaps letting out all of your heat.
