They ended up like two big Scotch eggs
I made the viral Biscoff ice cream balls in the air fryer- yes that's right, ice cream in an air fryer.
As a lover of anything Biscoff flavoured, I knew I had to give this dessert a go myself after seeing it on TikTok. The video shared by @grumpynorthenfoodie, a ‘recipe creator and foodie’, has over one million likes on TikTok.To make this dessert, only four ingredients are needed. These are; Biscoff biscuits, Biscoff spread, vanilla ice cream and two eggs.2. Roll your ice cream into balls 4.
The flavours of the vanilla ice cream and Biscoff were lovely together and something so simple that I’ve never tried before. Don’t get me wrong, I ate all of the dessert but it was just OK - they didn't have any 'wow factor'.
