Generally, you’re paying more than you ever have,” said Eric Cooper, San Antonio Food Bank president and CEO.In practice, he said, “that means … you’re leaving the grocery store with actually less food in your grocery cart than what you had become accustomed to. And to make up that difference, families are leaning on the food bank.”
