A Jane's Addiction's show in Boston came to a dramatic end when singer Perry Farrell attacked guitarist Dave Navarro onstage
Iconic rock band Jane's Addiction saw their show in Boston on Friday night brought to an abrupt end after an alternation and scuffle on stage between band members and backstage crew.
Crew members rushed from backstage to remonstrate with the singer before bassist Eric Avery joined the fray as Perry continued to be agitated. It took four or five people to wrestle the singer from the stage as he looked to continue his attack on the guitarist, who calmly placed his instrument down on the stage before shaking hands with members of the audience.
With the stage bathed in dark blue lighting, Navarro, Avery and drummer Stephen Perkins came back onstage, hugging each other and waving to the crowd as they were clapped and cheered. This is the band's first tour for 15 yeas and they have dates through until the middle of October. Fans are now unclear as to whether these will go ahead after the scenes onstage on Friday.
