Since a leaked Supreme Court draft opinion basically confirmed that Roe v. Wade would be overturned, Americans have had to grapple with the fact that their abortion clinics will likely be targeted by anti-choice legislators. Even in the age of Roe v. Wade, states which oppose abortion have made the process of going to a clinic as miserable and tedious as possible.
