Have you felt the impact of inflation lately? You're not alone. The United States hit yet another 40-year high according to a report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
"I have been on this earth for 70 years and I have never seen anything like this," Joseph McDuffy said."Inflation is just running rampant."
"Basically, I go to the store to get something for a couple of days," McDuffy said."When I get it for a couple of days, it used to cost me $20. Now, I'm up to $40 for a couple of days," McDuffy said.The total due at the register is more than he's used to paying, so now, he shops at more than one grocery store to get what he needs and save a few bucks.
