Injury unit charges reduced from €100 to €75 with immediate effect
Minister for Health Simon Harris has announced that the charge for attending a minor injury unit has been reduced from €100 to €75, with the new rate coming into effect as of today .
There are currently 11 injury units across the country in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Dundalk, Ennis, Mallow, Bantry, Nenagh, Monaghan and Roscommon, all of which have access to x-ray and basic diagnostic services.
