Inquest into death of teen who died after attack adjourned until March

The victim was punched a number of times in an assault

The inquest into the death of an 18-year-old man following an attack in Northampton town centre has been adjourned until March 2023 by a coroner in Northampton. Kyle Taylor Ghanie, from Northampton, was punched a number of times in an assault in Northampton market square on Saturday, August 20.

Following a murder investigation, Braydon Phillips, also 18, of Park Road, Irthlingborough, was charged with murder in connection with the incident on Tuesday, August 23. He appeared at Northampton Crown Court on Friday, August 26 and was remanded into custody.
