Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen opened Wednesday in Caesars Atlantic City.

“We are quite literally taking the Hell’s Kitchen TV show and bringing it to life,” said general manager Chris Conger.

“I’m looking forward to a great meal because we always eat well. We’re looking to spend a lot of money tonight,” Kelly said with a laugh. A cut-out in the floor allows a view of the kitchen and the featured dining area.

The restaurant, which seats 233 across three levels, is a detailed elevated dining experience, from the food to the cocktails right down to the glassware and plates. “This is a restaurant that I truly believe Atlantic City hasn’t really seen before and I think it’s something that Atlantic City really needs,” he said.Outside on the Boardwalk were Alexis Jones and her husband M.J., who were patiently waiting for their 7:30 p.m. reservation.
