Good luck, Helen!
Ahead of the Strictly final on Saturday, Helen Skelton and her pro partner, Gorka Marquez, have been busy in rehearsals putting the finishing touches to their selection of dances.
And it will not be like any other night on Strictly, either - as each dancing pair have to perform three dances, instead of the usual one. For Helen and Gorka, this means getting extra time in rehearsals to give them the best shot at the winner's title. The pair will be dancing the Jive to Tightrope by Janelle Monáe, which is the judge's choice. They will also be performing their show-stopping Couple’s Choice dance to Mein Herr by Liza Minnelli as their selection for favourite dance. And, for their showdance, they'll be performing to Shine by Emeli Sandé.
In the following posts, which he uploaded to his story, he and Helen discuss their excitement for the final, while listening to Don't Stop Believin' by Journey. In the background, Helen can be seen dancing along to the song, before she stops and asks Gorka if it is "happy or sad?"
