Thomas Cocquerel played Tom Raikes in Julian Fellowers' hit period drama
The series will again focus on the elite residents of Manhattan's Upper East Side in 1800's New York as they navigate high society scandal and money-orientated drama., won't be reprising his role as Tom Raikes.
