Health and Safety investigation launched after boy in zorb injured at Southport Food and Drink Festival
The Health and Safety Executive will investigate an incident which saw a young boy thrown high into the air while inside an inflatable zorb.
Paul Holmes, 43, was among those present. He said: "We were just stood next to the zorb pit looking for something to eat. There was a breeze quite quick and I just said 'oh that breeze is nice'. The company which provided the zorb attraction has said it is working with those investigating the incident. Jeff Wilkinson, managing director of Bouncy Castle Parade said: "Understandably, we are currently assisting with multi-agency investigations over this terrible freak incident.
