LEWISBURG – The deaths of a Union County couple are under investigation but state police say there is no danger to the public. Coroner Dominic Adamo on Tuesday identified the deceased as William Wise, 73, and Nancy Wise, 69. They were found in their home Monday morning by emergency personnel. The Union County Fire Wire reports emergency crews were dispatched about 8:30 a.m. to Black Road Road in Buffalo Twp. west of Lewisburg for a possible carbon monoxide issue.

The cause of their deaths will not be determined until the results of autopsies and toxicology tests are received, Adamo said. There was no sign of trauma on the bodies, he said.
