Two investors have snapped up properties in Frisco and Fort Worth — adding to their North Texas holdings.
Fort Worth-based Corinth Land and Dallas’ Prattco Creekway Industrial bought a 50,000-square-foot commercial building in Frisco that houses the Frisco Flyers volleyball organization. The industrial building at 6300 Flyers Way sits on 5 acres and was built in 2018.Corinth Land and Dallas’ Prattco purchased another 60,000-square-foot industrial building at 7255 Meadow Hill Drive in Frisco that’s occupied by Performance Indoor Training.
“We continue to be bullish in investing in Class A industrial space in Texas and the Southwest,” Corinth Land founder and president Paun Peters said in a statement. “We believe in the long-term value of these acquisitions and have a plan of continued growth for our asset portfolio.” At the same time they were doing the Frisco deal, Corinth and Prattco purchased three industrial budlings in the Fort Worth IH-20 West Business Park on Corporation Parkway in West Fort Worth. The buildings are occupied by Lesiker Construction, Cheer Connection of Texas and Summit Casing.in North Texas in Arlington, Dallas’ Brookhollow district, the Great Southwest Industrial District, Northeast Dallas, Garland and Southwest Tarrant County.
“Our partnership over the years has been very strategic and selective with acquisitions during the construction and creation of our industrial portfolio throughout the Southwest,” said Lance Bozman, Prattco managing partner. “These recent income-producing deals add tremendous value to our base of holdings, and we expect them to perform well in this current environment.”
