InYourArea readers have slammed the trial of four-section wheelie bins, with one saying: 'What a stupid idea. So we have to separate the recycling from other rubbish for the binmen to put it in the wagon where it will get mixed up together.'
The trial will investigate the practicalities of the new design, with a view to potentially rolling out the bins further.
