Apple users have been urged to make sure that a vital security update has taken place on their devices.
People who use iPhones have been urged to check their devices to ensure that an urgent update has taken place.
As reported by the Mirror, the smaller upgrades allow Apple to keep your device safe in between major iOS releases. "They deliver important security improvements between software updates — for example, improvements to the Safari web browser, the WebKit framework stack, or other critical system libraries.
The update will automatically be rolled out to iPhones running the latest iOS 16.4.1 software. If necessary, they may prompt you to restart your device.
