Tyler Adams is on the verge of leaving Leeds United to join Premier League Bournemouth
Andoni Iraola gave little away when asked about Bournemouth’s imminent capture of Leeds United midfielder Tyler Adams. Adams is expected to complete a £23million switch to the south coast this weekend in a deal that will see him return to the top flight just a few months after the Whites’ relegation from it.
But, after striking a deal for Adams, who came close to joining Chelsea last week, Bournemouth appear to have their man. Despite the move on the verge of being announced, Iraola was cautious when asked about the Cherries’ interest in Adams on Friday, but still managed to underline his belief in the midfielder’s ability.“I think it's a player that right now is not our player,” the Spaniard, who was linked with a move to Elland Road last season, said.
