Now in its third year, the Instagram creative photography competition aimed at celebrating Ireland’s visual talent was run by ‘The Snapys’ with support from tech company Huawei, and managed to attract over 15,000 entries.Pete said: “I’m absolutely delighted to win. The photo was taken in January at sunrise. I originally went out to shoot Samuel Beckett Bridge at sunrise and noticed some rowers on the Liffey which I thought would make a good shot.
