“It’s not that we’re actively telling them all to go and get pregnant now, let me be clear,” she says, with a smile, reflecting on Julie-Ann Russell’s sensational cameo at Carrow Road last Friday.
“Listen, it is a female environment,” she says. “Julie-Ann, she is a young mother and we have to be able to facilitate players to stay in the game. “But I feel the more and more that we can speak out about our experiences and push for the next generation to feel like they have the option to do so as well is how you set up the future.”
