Despite a loss to England, Ireland's second-half performance gives hope for future matches against Sweden.
EILEEN GLEESON reckons Ireland will be a different proposition when they face into a double-header against Sweden in seven weeks’ time - after an encouraging second-half display in last night’s defeat to England .

We could have pinched a goal or two but we need to keep pushing and keep believing. “We have got threats going forward in our team. We need to keep pushing and keep believing that we can get something out of this group. “It was about being brave. We have to push up and put them under pressure. It affected them but it was worth taking the chance even if we left some space in behind.
