The announcement is set to be made by Taoiseach Simon Harris, Tánaiste Micheál Martin and Green Party leader Eamon Ryan at Government Buildings
The Irish Government is to formally recognise the State of Palestine on Wednesday morning, the Irish Mirror has learned.
The three leaders briefed the Cabinet on Tuesday about the plan to recognise the State of Palestine and it was endorsed by ministers. "Ireland: The possibility of recognising a Palestinian state risks turning you into a pawn of Iran and Hamas,” the voiceover said.
