The Ireland boss will name his squad in midweek to face the All Blacks this weekend.
Andy Farrell will name his side to play the All Blacks in Saturday's World Cup quarter-final on Wednesday at around Midday.
Farrell has a number of injury issues to deal with after James Lowe and Mack Hansen were both withdrawn during Ireland's 36-14 win over Scotland in the final pool game.James Ryan is also a doubt for the game and has been dealing with a wrist issue throughout the tournament. It has also been reported that TV cameras picked up Ryan telling Caelan Doris that he may have broken his hand at the end of the Scotland game on Saturday.
"James Ryan is seeing a specialist today, we should know more in the next 24 hours, we should have a clearer picture of where we're at," said Kearney.
