The national forecaster said that there will be spells of heavy rain in these counties, and there is a risk of flooding as well as quite difficult travel conditions
The warnings are focused on Munster, where Cork , Kerry and Waterford are impacted.
The warning comes into play from 9AM tomorrow morning, Monday February 17th, and is currently due to remain in place until 6AM on Tuesday, February 18th.• Difficult travelling conditionsAcross the rest of the country, Monday and Tuesday are due to be wet and windy days.
