The Department of Foreign Affairs urged Irish citizens in Lebanon to “exercise extreme caution” in their movements
Irish citizens have been advised to leave Lebanon as the situation in the Middle Eastern country remains “highly volatile” due to the ongoing conflict in Israel and occupied Palestinian territories.

There is no Irish Embassy in Lebanon’s capital, Beirut, meaning Irish citizens who have not already done so have been advised to register with the Embassy of Ireland in Cairo, Egypt. This can be done here.
