BiaSol’s mission statement is simple – “Better for you, better for the planet. ” That’s the mantra that co-founder Niamh Dooley lives and works by, as her company takes the largest byproduct of the brewing industry and turns it into premium food ingredients and products. BiaSol has created a circular food system in the heart of Ireland, and is working on reevaluating how we all currently treat food in our lives.

In 1993, a chance encounter over a neighbour’s flat tyre led to Caroline’s first commission of handmade cards for a Japanese gallery. Three decades later, her brand has become much more than cards. Thoughtfulness, kindness, and exceptional quality is still a core value at the company which has now expanded to include hand-painted ceramics, stylish accessories and loungewear. All of Caroline’s designs showcase her distinctive use of colour, along with her signature heart and floral prints.
This Cork entrepreneur built her well-being brand from the GROUND up! And it all started at her kitchen table at the start of the pandemic. A self-care brand of balms and oils and salts, they are all handmade in Ireland and are vegan and cruelty-free, use natural and organic ingredients and are designed to support calming rituals. Ola’s ceramics journey began as a means of fulfilling a need for grounding, working with her hands, and focusing on meditation and mindfulness.
What began as a voucher for a pottery class has now become a full-time job. Stories by Ola’s small batch, award-winning ceramics, jewellery, and decor are hand-built and cast, and rooted in in everyday rituals, inspired by the sea, the beauty of the imperfect, and the quiet joy of things made to last. Aoife Harvey is an award-winning sustainable fashion designer and the creative force behind AH Designs.
Inspired by the textures of the natural world and Ireland’s rich cultural heritage, her work weaves together storytelling, craftsmanship, and innovation to create timeless, bespoke pieces, from corsets to jackets to one of a kind bows. Aoife showcased her ocean-inspired collection at Ireland Fashion Week 2025, and has continued to build a reputation for designs that are both contemporary and deeply connected to place.
