Restaurants Irish Michelin winners see immediate boost in business
The owners of Ireland’s newest Michelin-starred restaurants have seen an immediate impact on their businesses in the wake of the ceremony last Monday. “We had 400 bookings come in through the website on Tuesday, and another 200 on Wednesday. It’s been mental. Now we’re just focusing on getting back to everyone who called us to try to book,” said Robbie McCauley, who runs Homestead Cottage in Doolin in Co Clare with his wife Sophie.
