O'Neill officiated at the final in 2019.
O'Neill was part of the officiating team for Sweden’s knock out win over Italy and Brazil’s 4-0 win over Panama. She will be the assistant referee on Saturday.
Despite the joy of being included in such a high-profile match there will be disappointment considering she officiated during the final four years ago. However, with England making it to the final the involvement of an official from a neighbouring country was always unlikely.The Irishwoman has been working closely with Welsh official Cheryl Foster.
