Online player scoops €1million in National Lottery's Daily Million draw
The Lotto chiefs are to fork out another €1million after one punter hit the jackpot in Saturday afternoon's Daily Million draw.
A National Lottery spokesperson said: "There was one winner of the Daily Million Jackpot. The winning ticket was purchased online on lottery.ie." In the past two weeks Irish players have won Ireland's highest ever EuroMillions jackpot of €175million and the Lotto jackpot of €10.2million. "Now we have another millionaire from our Daily Million draw from online play. We are encouraging all our online Daily Million players to check their tickets at lottery.ie or on the National Lottery app. If you are this lucky winner contact the National Lottery prize claims team on 01 836 4444 on Monday and we will make arrangements for you to come to Lotto HQ to collect your prize."
Lotto chiefs urged the public to check their tickets after an Irish punter scooped €500,000 in Friday's EuroMillions draw.
